When requesting a BCGBA Card we now have to fill in an application form.

The Form asks for quite a bit of personal information about the applicant.

We are also asked to provide details of any disability/health problem they may have.

We feel very uncomfortable about asking prospective members for such personal information. We are not really sure whether an organisation of this nature has any right to ask for details about someone's health.

It would be interesting to know what other Clubs feel about this matter.
